Q- How many attendants are going to show up and how are they dressed?
A- We send one or two attendants per Chocolate Fountain, professionally attired.
Q- What area do you service?
A- Our pricing includes delivery and set-up at any facility located in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pasco Counties. We will service other areas in the surrounding cities for an additional travel charge.
Q- Will I need extra chocolate and if so, how much and the cost?
A- You will not have to buy extra chocolate. However, if you have additional unexpected guest, extra chocolate can be provided for $20 dollars a quart.
Q- Will the attendant show up before my event starts?
A- We always set up at least half an hour before your event starts. More time is required when more equipment is rented.
Q- How long can the chocolate fountain run for before the chocolate hardens?
A- As long as the Chocolate Fountain is turned on the chocolate will never harden.
Q- Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outdoors?
A- The Chocolate Fountain will only operate in enclosed areas. Because of the chocolate’s sweet aroma, little flying creatures are very likely to be attracted. Beyond that, the wind could play a critical factor for continued smooth operation and temperature.
If it is absolutely necessary to have the fountain running outdoors, we offer a wind guard for a $50 additional fee.
Q- What are the table and electrical requirements for the Chocolate Fountain and Concession Machines?
A- Chocolate Fountains, when full, need a level and sturdy table to help the proper flow. A 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 20 feet of the set up location is required.
Q- Do I have to make a reservation to rent a Chocolate Fountain and is a deposit required?
A- Yes, we require a reservation, a signed contract and a $200 deposit at the time of booking a Chocolate Fountain. Reservations are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. The balance of your payment is due at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your event.
